On the occasion of the Nuit des Arts 2023, Espace Croisé unveils the group exhibition Sources de liens within the former Monastère des Clarisses de Roubaix. This exhibition delves into the interconnections between the art center and its artistic ecosystems, nestled in the historical spaces of the monastery. Thirteen artists: Ghyzlène Boukaïla, Roberto Calopietro, Elodie Derache, Wilfried Dsainbayonne, Léo Sudre, the duo Oran, Julie Gaubert, Mercedes Klausner, Malik Mara, Lucie Marchand, Thomas Moesl, Paul Ralu, and Victor Villafagne present their work, nurtured through shared artists studios, residencies, and conversations. Sources de liens draws attention to the relational dimension of artistic creation, highlighting its complexity often stemming from collective endeavors, seing collaboration as a form of resistance.
